📌 Bookings

The booking will be considered confirmed once the payment has been received.

The dates will be blocked upon confirmation.

🕒 Check-in y check-out

Check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards. Access to the property is via a code, which will be provided on the day of arrival.

Check-out time is until 11:00 AM.

❌ Cancellation policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the arrival date are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid, except for any management fees or payment processing charges, which are non-refundable.

Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before arrival are eligible for a 90% refund of the amount paid.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are non-refundable.

🔄 Changes to booking dates

One date change per booking is allowed, subject to availability at the time of the request and provided it is made at least 7 days before the arrival date.

Once modified, the booking will no longer be eligible for a refund in the event of a subsequent cancellation.

🏠 House rules

The maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.

Pets are welcome, provided they are not allowed on sofas, beds, or other furniture. Guests will be responsible for any damage caused.

It is strictly forbidden to light fires on the property. Barbecue use is also prohibited from May to October, in accordance with environmental protection regulations.
